Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols of government facilities, transit-adjacent areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site; Observe and report security-related concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; document observations in written reports and activity logs; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public resources as directed by post orders; Support access control at assigned areas by monitoring entrances, checking credentials when required, directing foot traffic, and/or assisting with queues and customer inquiries
