In this role, you will set up and perform tests of complex electromechanical systems, primarily of semiconductor processing equipment, per standard procedures, documenting your results and assisting in troubleshooting when needed.
Testing, troubleshooting and repairing at system level of electro mechanical systems
Document the results of testing in approved forms or computer systems
Troubleshoot or identify errors in systems level tests
Identify and comply with quality and safety requirements while setting up and testing product with attention to ESD regulations and safe electrical working practices
Perform testing in a clean room environment as required
Perform testing efficiently to support production needs
Support Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other related processes for continuous improvement of critical operational metrics across key functions.
Perform related duties as assigned
Associate Degree or Technician Certification in Electronics or Semiconductor Technology.
Minimum 4 years of related industry experience in a testing role
Must be able to read and interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
Experience in using Test equipment including multi meter, oscilloscope, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/procedures/test plans
Experience maintaining written and computerized records of work performed
Basic knowledge of workplace productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Products
Must be able to work closely with engineers.
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
Must be self-directed, dependable, and motivated with excellent teamwork and time management skills.
