Orthodontic Aligner Sales Representative

Description:

The Orthodontic Aligner Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales growth for MOV'ALIGNER by engaging with orthodontic and general dental professionals. This position emphasizes consultative selling, promoting product adoption, and cultivating long-lasting customer relationships across the western United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Territory Management
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
    • Expand and nurture a strong customer base while actively seeking new prospects.
    • Create and implement an effective territory call cycle to enhance customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Schedule and facilitate sales appointments, lunch-and-learn sessions, and chairside product evaluations.
    • Enroll customers in educational initiatives to promote product adoption.
    • Offer clinical support and conduct product demonstrations to showcase benefits.
  • Collaboration & Promotion
    • Collaborate closely with field sales representatives to promote integrated solutions.
    • Participate in trade shows, society meetings, and clinical education events to expand outreach.
  • Reporting & Feedback
    • Analyze customer sales metrics to uncover expansion possibilities.
    • Relay feedback to management regarding client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Applicants must be based in the western region of the United States
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in dental or orthodontic sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally for national events.

This role is eligible for a commission plan in addition to base compensation.
