Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Customer Engineer with extensive knowledge in Microsoft Teams, particularly Teams Phone, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs), and related technologies. This role requires excellent communication skills and a knack for delivering technical solutions that enhance collaboration and user experiences.

  • Deploy and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) in diverse environments to ensure peak performance and user satisfaction.

  • Implement Teams Phone solutions including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and PSTN integrations.

  • Conduct network readiness assessments and troubleshoot call quality issues using relevant tools.

  • Guide users in leveraging Teams core features like chat, channels, meetings, and collaboration workflows.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and translate them into scalable Teams-based solutions.

  • Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions on Teams Phone, MTR deployment, and best practices.

  • Assist with licensing, configuration, and customization of Teams and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Create documentation for best practices, troubleshooting guides, and reusable templates for both internal and customer use.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles within Unified Communications, IT consulting, or systems architecture.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone, including Direct Routing and telephony infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) across different platforms.

  • Strong understanding of network dependencies, including firewall, IP routing, and QoS for Teams media flows.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams features, including chat, channels, and administrative controls.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 services.

  • Experience with troubleshooting tools and procedures for Teams devices and call quality.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate.

  • Microsoft Certified Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate.

  • Certified in Microsoft Teams Rooms through the Teams Device Certification Program.

Compensation may vary based on location and experience, with an expected hourly salary range of $60 to $70. Accenture Flex provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
