Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries and resolving account-related questions. Your customer service expertise and empathy will be crucial in delivering a top-notch experience in every interaction.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding tolling and administration using resources provided during training.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, comprehensive information.
  • Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
  • Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner with customers.
  • Uphold confidentiality requirements to safeguard customer information.
  • Offer assistance to colleagues during high volumes of inquiries or in case of staff absences.

What You Get:

  • Full-time employment with a competitive starting hourly rate of $21.93.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English incentive post-training increases pay to $22.95.

  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
  • Passing a Customer Service Skills assessment is required.
