Impact Dojo is an innovative company transforming martial arts education for children and adults. Founded in 2015, we have rapidly grown and are searching for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.

Who We Are Looking For:
Impact Dojo seeks a highlymotivated and energetic black belt instructor who aligns with our mission. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, enjoys working with youth ages 4 to 18, and has a proven record in martial arts instruction.

We want someone who is skilled in a martial art compatible with karate and is enthusiastic about teaching. You will need to communicate effectively with students and their families, offering constructive feedback while implementing our curriculum. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with the community, peers, and leadership.

Please note, a child abuse clearance and criminal check are required for this position.

Experience Requirements:
We require a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, through roles such as tutoring, camp counseling, or youth volunteering. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of martial arts teaching experience is necessary.

Certification Requirements:
A teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Education Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Martial Arts Coach will:

• Provide instruction to students aged 4 to 18 across varying skill levels.
• Demonstrate techniques and offer feedback to foster student progress.
• Supervise and manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Teach and enforce all safety protocols and martial arts regulations.
• Prepare engaging and creative daily lesson plans.
• Create an inclusive atmosphere through effective classroom management.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance program delivery.
• Exhibit the Impact Dojo Code of Conduct and uphold the organization's standards.
• Showcase Impact Martial Arts Core Values and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a fun and energetic environment!

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
