Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Epic systems and ensure effectiveness in Ambulatory & Cadence build and maintenance.
• Utilize SmartTools (SmartTexts, SmartPhrases, SmartLists) effectively.
• Manage order sets and preference lists efficiently.
• Handle security classes to maintain secure operations.
• Apply basic knowledge of Reporting Workbench for data analysis.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create functional and technical specifications that align with project objectives.
• Develop proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to guide project implementation.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.
• Leverage your deep functional and industry knowledge to steer projects towards success.

This role requires work in the Pacific Time Zone.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory and Cadence.
• High School Diploma/GED in a relevant field.
