Position Details:

This role is exclusively part-time, requiring 20-25 hours per week, and will start as soon as possible!

Key Qualifications:

  • This position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside in California.
  • Ability and interest to commit to 20-25 hours a week over the next 8-12 weeks.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours between 8 AM-5 PM PST or CST.
  • Prior experience working closely with an SVP of Sales is essential.
  • Willingness to accept a pay rate of up to $60/hour.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace is required.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to streamline operations for our VP of Sales. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the VP and the Sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare for meetings with appropriate materials, and handle various correspondence.
  • Sales Operations & Coordination: Assist with sales leadership meetings, track action items, help prepare sales performance reports, and facilitate communication across different departments.
  • Project & Process Management: Lead special projects, improve administrative processes, and organize team events and recognition programs.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, exercise discretion regarding personnel and strategic matters.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and related metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and professionalism, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
