Sales Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

$50K - $100K Draw + Uncapped Commissions (Top reps earn $500K–$600K)

You are not inheriting a book of business, you are creating one, with the backing of a proven Northern California contractor that already has the brand, reputation, and client trust in place.

You will be selling a premium service, not chasing low bid work, which means stronger margins, better clients, and bigger commissions.

The earning potential is already proven, with top performers selling $8m to $9m and earning $500K to $600K. This isn't theory, this is what is happening right now, including deals paying out $150K commissions.

You will have the support you need to focus on closing, with marketing, lead generation, and appointment setting handled internally.

Your Role

This includes generating and closing commercial roofing opportunities, other duties include:

• You own the client relationship from first contact through project completion
• Performing job walks, take-offs, estimates, and proposals.
• Building long-term relationships through the CRM.
• Partnering with Operations and Field Services; and supporting billing, collections, and documentation accuracy.

What Makes You a Fit

You don't need to be a roofing expert; we can teach that. We need a seller who hunts, builds, and executes.

• 5+ years sales experience (roofing or commercial construction preferred)
• Strong estimating or project management exposure
• Comfortable working on commercial roofs
