Schedule & Compensation
- Wage: Starting at $21/hr
- Shift: Full-Time, PM Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Your primary mission is to support our Nursing Department through a variety of essential service functions. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, responsive environment for both our Short-Term and Long-Term residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the nursing staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
- Maintain safety standards by reporting all accidents or incidents observed during your shift.
- Quickly become familiar with the facility's administrative structure and protocols.
