Description:

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for an exciting contract opportunity in the Oakland and San Francisco, CA areas. This role supports students in educational settings by implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and support to students based on individualized plans.
  • Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies.
  • Assist in creating positive and supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain professional documentation and comply with all applicable ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working within school settings is preferred.
