Title: Customer Success Manager

Length: 6 months on contract before conversion

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

* Own overall success for assigned client accounts, including engagement, retention, satisfaction, and growth.
* Build strong, trustedadvisor relationships across client organizations and consistently deliver value through products and services.
* Partner with clients to track progress against strategic goals and ensure ongoing program performance.
* Provide clear data analysis and reporting to demonstrate value and support decisionmaking.
* Maintain a deep understanding of schoolbased MediCal programs as well as all internal products, services, and processes.
* Deliver engaging, highquality training sessions on program requirements, workflows, and platform usage.
* Identify account growth and upsell opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
* Advocate for client needs internally and share meaningful feedback crossdepartmentally.
* Manage and resolve client escalations proactively through coordination with internal teams.
* Document and communicate key decisions, strategies, and discussions related to client accounts.

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work effectively with school administrators and internal teams.
* Strong presentation, training, and publicspeaking skills, including comfort with webbased conferencing tools.
* Professional executive presence in both virtual and inperson settings.
* Consultative, solutionsoriented approach to client interactions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, autonomous, and entrepreneurial environment.
* Strong organization, timemanagement, and territorymanagement skills.
* Commitment to exceptional customer service and building longterm client relationships.
* Creative problemsolver capable of efficient and confident decisionmaking.
* Ability to master complex program regulations and policy requirements.
* Versatile, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
