As a Consulting Labor & Employee Relations Representative in the Healthcare industry, you will be playing a crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective labor-management relations. This involves ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements, participating in negotiations, addressing grievances, and responding to labor-related inquiries from a defined group of union-represented employees. You will be part of the Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Unit, providing consultation and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on labor and employee relations matters.
