We are seeking a driven Account Manager to support regional sales operations and manage key customer relationships across advanced manufacturing markets. As part of the Regional Sales Division, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers implement high-precision semiconductor equipment solutions.
In this position, you will manage major accounts involving highly specialized equipment including wafer probers, dicers, grinders, and related systems. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, developing strategic account plans, coordinating product demonstrations and benchmarking activities, and working closely with technical teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions. You will maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding current and future needs while overseeing system configurations, quotes, and delivery follow-up.
The role requires strong coordination across multiple teams, including engineering, customer support, and international partners. You will collaborate with technical centers, factory personnel, and the companies teams in both the United States and Japan to support customer projects and ensure successful outcomes.
