What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Instawork Hiring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving product innovation and feature development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Biz Ops, Design, and Account Management, to ensure our product resonates with both core users and talent acquisition/recruitment teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our users.
• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of Instawork Hiring to target audiences, enhancing user engagement and product adoption.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience, leveraging insights to inform product and lifecycle strategies.
• Own the performance of key metrics related to product marketing success, such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Be an internal thought partner, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Work closely with GTM teams to develop sales enablement tools and training, supporting them in driving partner engagement and retention.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for campaign execution and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
• Self-driven worker with the ability to set roadmaps, deliver results, and drive your own work while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and platforms, such as Iterable, Braze, or HubSpot, to execute and analyze marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the recruitment, talent acquisition, or on-demand staffing industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these spaces.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies that enhance marketing execution and personalization.

For CA-based applicants:

• The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000.
• This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options.
