Kelly Services, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Operate spooling machinery and related equipment to produce finished goods according to work instructions and quality standards.; Accurately maintain inventory records for raw materials and materials in process; ensure documentation and data sheets are current and complete.; Conduct in-process quality checksincluding hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture contentto verify production meets specification requirements.; Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve equipment malfunctions and product variances to maintain efficient production.; Read and interpret blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics to ensure proper assembly and production processes.
