They possess a deep understanding of business needs and how clinical, technical, and administrative systems can be leveraged to support those needs. With broad-ranging experience, they address complex organizational development challenges, crafting solutions that align with overarching objectives and resolve issues with significant organizational consequences.
The Organization Development Consultant manages high-level strategic engagements with exceptional political sensitivity, requiring comprehensive evaluation of circumstances and information to guide decision-making. They exercise sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal results. Regularly collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, they ensure alignment between organizational plans and objectives. Renowned as a subject matter expert in performance management and employee engagement, they are widely recognized for their expertise and contributions in these areas.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $167,800 - $251,700 (Annual Rate).
