The RoleSquare's Financial Suite team is reimagining how small businesses understand, manage, and grow their money. Our goal is to become a trusted partner for every seller—providing powerful, intuitive financial management tools that simplify back‑office operations, automate workflows, and turn complex data into actionable insight.
We're looking for a Head of Design to lead the design vision for Square's Financial Suite—a collection of tools that help sellers make smarter decisions, reduce costs, and drive profitability. As a key member of the Financial Suite leadership team, you'll define how product experience, brand, and research come together to deliver trust, intelligence, and simplicity at scale.
You'll report to the Head of Design for Square, and be a key member of the Financial Suite leadership team alongside peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing leading a team of product designers.
