Part‑time Optometrist (Westlake Vision Center) - Pacific Coast, CA

Founded in 1958 and acquired by its current owner in 1987, the practice serves patients with personalized care and cutting‑edge instruments and aims to grow to $3 million annual revenue within two years.

Position Details

Workdays: Monday & Tuesday (10 AM – 7 PM). Part‑time schedule, 13–15 patients per day, collaborating with another doctor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams.
• Perform emergency eye health checks.
• Manage contact lenses, including scleral lenses.
• Utilize OCT, topographer, and other diagnostic tools.
• Employ digital office instruments and Eyefinity EHR.
• Record and stay current on new optical products.
• Work collaboratively in a modern clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist in California.
• Clean professional record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle diverse visual needs and provide personalized care.
• Experience with glaucoma highly valued.
• Commitment to staying current with advancements in optometry.
