ISS Facility Management - - Responsibilities: Deliver and set up catered foods and other foodstuffs on time in a professional and unobtrusive manner with all pieces of the order along with décor, garnishes, equipment, utensils, and condiments; Make deliveries on campus to the correct location at the designated time; Read and organize delivery schedules to ensure on time deliveries; Correctly and safely use standard catering equipment: chef knives, carts, chafing dishes and sterno, lift gates, risers, etc.; Maintain HACCP program requirements and follow safety rules to prevent accidents
