Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by carrying out armed, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of lobbies, offices, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site; Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with orderly entry and exit while maintaining a professional presence; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and coordinate with law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed; Document activities, observations, and incidents in written reports and logs, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
