Front Porch - - Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction; Drives bus, van, or car to transport residents and guests over a specified route according to assigned time schedule; Assists residents on and off the vehicle as required; Maintains contact with residents in order to schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed; Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner
