Sutter Health - 115 Diamond Street - Responsibilities: Perform routine patient care, support and related non-professional household services necessary to meet the hygiene, activities of daily living, and comfort needs of the homebound patient.; Integrate education, technical competence and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers.; Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care.; May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or teaching duties.
