What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve anomalies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory devices.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor newcomers, and help uphold lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, secure work environment while following regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
