Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Respiratory Therapy /Respiratory Care Manager to lead respiratory therapy services across one or more sites. This role oversees staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and improves operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop respiratory therapy staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations
• Oversee patient care, treatment plans, and discharge processes
• Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies efficiently
• Monitor performance metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Address patient concerns and support complex cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of respiratory therapy experience
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• California RCP License, RRT, and BLS (required at hire)
