Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their multi-doctor practice in Oakland. This position offers the opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll guide a skilled team, elevate medical standards, and provide compassionate care to the pets of the East Bay community. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and direction for hospital medical protocols

• Mentoring and developing associate veterinarians

• Performing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental procedures

• Ensuring excellent client communication and continuity of care

• Collaborating with support staff to maintain a positive and efficient workplace
