5 x 8hrs (Monday through Friday) day shift with 0700 - 0800 start time.

Job Description

We are seeking two Radiotherapy Technologists to support our Radiation Oncology department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for properly setting up and aligning patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status during direct patient interaction and make appropriate referrals to various healthcare team members.
• Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations, and electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) check.
• Perform patient set-up and CT scan for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes as needed.
• Work closely with other radiation therapists and team members to perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience.
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred.
• ARRT and CA RTT license required.
• BLS certification required.
