Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate and development agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, ground leases, easements, amendments, reciprocal access agreements, and property management contracts.
• Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, common interest developments, affordable housing, housing trust funds, and related issues.
• Counsel clients on compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, Surplus Land Act, CEQA/NEPA, and other California housing and environmental laws.
