Job Details
What You Will Do
- Represent plaintiffs in insurance bad faith and broker negligence litigation
- Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
- Appear in court for hearings and oral arguments
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
