CA, MA, or NY licensed attorney with $500K+ portable book of business and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Commercial Real Estate
• Purchase and Sale
• Title and Survey Review
• Financing
• Joint Venture
• Leasing

Must be licensed in CA, MA, or NY.
