Four Seasons - 222 Sansome Street - Responsibilities: Deliver food orders to the guest in-room and check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest's original order; Greet guests and describe items to the guest with origin, taste, and preparation details; Breakdown, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests; Close guest checks securing room number and signature; settle voided checks or complimentary meals
