Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Review, read, notate, and initial Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information about residents; Participate in the development of the ISPs and monthly updates; Participate/lead and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and Invite, Encourage, and Assist (IEA) residents to participate in activities as indicated on the ISP; Attend daily Cross Over meetings by the lead care manager; Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly and immediately
