Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location front desk; Control access at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, assisting with visitor registration, issuing credentials as required; Monitor the front desk area and available systems to deter unauthorized access and report concerns; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel; Communicate with management, store staff, and public responders, and complete reports and logs
