Century Group has partnered with an Environmental Services organization who is seeking a HR Representative. This is an onsite position located in Oakland. This is a direct hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting salary $58,000 to $68,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention and organize employee recognition programs and events.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Address interpersonal conflicts and facilitate constructive communication throughout the company.
• Facilitates the entire recruitment & onboarding process (Development of Job Descriptions, Job Postings, screening, coordinating of interviews, conduct background check)

• Bilingual - Spanish
• 2+ years experience
