INDUSTRIAL FINISHING TECHNICIAN

Monday - Friday

7:30 am - 4:00 pm, must be able to work overtime

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist in the industrial coating process, including preparing parts for paint and coating applications.
• Tape, mask, and hang parts on racks for finishing and coating operations.
• Package finished parts for shipment and ensure proper handling to prevent damage.
• Support fabrication and finishing areas as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts to load and unload materials and supplies.
• Maintain inventory logs, records, and basic documentation related to stock and materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and general shop equipment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
