Client Partner - Hi Tech (IT Consulting Background)

Base Salary: $200-210K

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner - Hi-Tech with strong experience selling IT services and consulting solutions to Hi-Tech clients (Software, SaaS, Cloud, Semiconductor, Platforms, Hardware, Digital/Internetcompanies). This role focuses on managing and growing strategic Hi-Tech accounts through consultative, IT services-led digital transformation engagements.
The Client Partner will own account strategy, revenue growth, and executive relationships, working closely with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to drive long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow assigned Hi-Tech accounts through farming, cross-sell, and up-sell of IT services and digital solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO, COO, VP Engineering, Product, and Platform leaders)
  • Drive revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and account P&L ownership
  • Lead consultative sales discussions across application services, cloud, data & analytics, AI/ML, engineering services, platform modernization, and managed services
  • Identify white-space opportunities and expand wallet share across service lines, platforms, and global delivery models
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and multi-year growth roadmaps
  • Lead executive reviews, QBRs, RFPs, and proposal discussions for complex, multi-year transformation engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience as a Client Partner / Account Director / Senior Account Manager selling IT services or consulting solutions to Hi-Tech clients
  • Proven track record of growing large enterprise Hi-Tech accounts (Software, SaaS, Cloud, Semiconductor, Digital Platforms)
  • Strong executive presence with ability to close complex, multi-year digital transformation deals
  • Consultative, solution-led sales mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
