Summary:
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will coordinate part manufacture with in-house and subcontracted sources, develop professional repair scopes of supply with inspection details and pictures that can be presented to the customer in the form of a quote, communicate effectively and consistently with internal and external clients, coordinate repair projects, provide quotes or estimates for pump repairs.
Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
