Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Manage a productive daily schedule and coordinate future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations, clearly communicating information about recommended treatments, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to enhance their experience and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as necessary for training and job functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, office staff, and third-party stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail in managing patient records and financial transactions.
