The Salvation Army (Western) - 1500 Valencia Street - Responsibilities: Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.; Assist Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and increase profitability.; Schedule store employees to ensure appropriate coverage in store and donation center; coordinate daily meetings.; Assist with hiring, training and directing the store team; provide performance coaching.; Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
