The Salvation Army (Western) - 1918 Park Street - Responsibilities: Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store; Coordinate daily morning and shift change team meetings in the absence of the Store Manager; Provide coaching, training and development to the Store Employees; Ensure customer/donor needs are met and service is quick and efficient; Assist with safety, loss prevention, and compliance measures as needed
