Lids - - Responsibilities: People & Training Development: Manage the store's hiring strategy, assist onboarding, engage team members, maintain brand standards, update employee records, lead training strategy, address employee concerns, drive team engagement.; Customer Experience: Lead and execute Selling 101 strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets, resolve customer feedback and escalations, ensure exceptional customer service and in-store education on memberships.; Operations: Manage scheduling and payroll compliance, plan and manage schedules, handle disruptions, implement company directives, maintain safety and store procedures, maintain store technology and equipment, manage cash and inventory readiness.; Product & Inventory Management: Drive product strategy, organize backroom for efficiency, ensure product integrity, lead pricing and markdowns, monitor sell-through and inventory accuracy, manage transfers and VM.
