Flagship Facility Services - - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service as frontline ambassador; Support and oversee Front of House teams including scheduling and performance reviews; Collaborate with staffing recruiter to hire Front of House staff; Prepare daily manager's reports highlighting staff issues and operational needs; Ensure safety and sanitation procedures per OSHA, HACCP, and Health Dept guidelines
