Equipment Cleaner

Rental Operations - Hayward, CA

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

Salary: $20

Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Cleaner for our distribution warehouse in Hayward, CA. This is a full-time hourly position, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. This individual will be responsible for cleaning and inspecting medical equipment for functionality, following approved written procedures covered by Med One Group, and performing other associated warehouse-related job duties.

Essential Functions

• Completes all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stays up to date on the fleet's medical equipment.
• Cleans and inspects medical equipment for functionality in accordance with approved written procedures.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and can organize priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ships and receives medical equipment and supplies.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Operates with a proactive approach towards safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental, and customer policies and regulations.
• Comply with patient privacy laws in all matters.
• Able to work with very little supervision.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in a hospital setting or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and/or push 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Possesses quality orientation with a "get it right the first time" attitude.
• Complies with patient privacy laws in all matters.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Customer-focused; willing to go above and beyond.
