At Amare Dignitas Inc., we are looking for dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while receiving continuous support from our team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise RBTs/technicians via telehealth
• Plan, design, and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Present findings orally, in writing, and visually, including graphical representations of behavioral data
• Provide insights, evidence-based suggestions, and clinical decision-making when collaborating with external service providers
• Ensure culturally responsive care
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry research and best practices

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising BTs/RBTs
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• This is a remote position
