Assistant Store Leader - Car Wash

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: Full-Time (Must be able to work weekends)

Location: Millbrae, CA

About the Role

Join our team as an Assistant Store Leader at a busy car wash location! We're looking for a friendly, dependable leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment

• Support compliance with all company policies and procedures through team meetings and training

• Evaluate team performance and take action to improve results

• Help train and develop team members in service, cashiering, selling, and safety

• Oversee daily scheduling and productivity of employees

• Ensure the car wash and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well maintained

• Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance duties around the car wash
Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to work in an outdoor, fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Retail, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred
