Job Summary

The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are delivered to designated areas in a timely and efficient manner. This role supports manufacturing and assembly operations while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and systematically within the ERP system.

• Generate work orders in the ERP system.

• Process work order receipts in the ERP system.

• Conduct cycle counts as required to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating the flow of products through manufacturing and assembly as needed.

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

• Handle chemicals in designated areas (proper training will be provided).

• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.

• Support company initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

• Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, standard operating procedures, and assigned tasks.

• Maintain positive and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors at all levels.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
