Hayward, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift: Full-Time: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Part-Time: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

You'll Rock This Job If You:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems or logistics operations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and warehouse teams

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for warehouse operations and client inquiries
- Process orders, shipping documents, and inventory updates in warehouse systems
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff regarding shipments and order status
- Assist with will-call orders and customer pickups when needed
- Maintain accurate data entry and administrative records
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
- Support general office and operational tasks as assigned
