We are seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney who is fluent in Mandarin and English, and currently holds or is eligible for OPT work authorization.

This position is ideal for recent LL.M. or J.D. graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law and develop a long-term legal career.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Conduct consultations and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients regarding immigration matters.使用中英文与客户沟通，进行移民案件咨询。
• Prepare and review immigration petitions, recommendation letters, and supporting documentation (EB-1A, NIW, H-1B, etc.).撰写和审阅移民申请材料、推荐信及支持文件（EB-1A、NIW、H-1B 等）。
• Assist senior attorneys in case analysis and legal research.协助高级律师进行案件分析与法律调研。
• Represent clients before USCIS and other immigration-related agencies under supervision.在律师指导下，与美国移民局（USCIS）及其他机构沟通。
• Stay informed on recent immigration law updates and policy changes.跟进最新的移民政策与法规更新。

Qualifications / 任职要求

• LL.M. or J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.毕业于美国认可法学院的 LL.M. 或 J.D. 项目。
• OPT/CPT authorized candidates are welcome.欢迎持有 OPT/CPT 工作许可的候选人。
• Licensed (or pending admission) to practice law in any U.S. state preferred.持有（或正在申请）美国任一州律师执照者优先。
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).中英文听说读写流利。
• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills.具备优秀的法律写作、调研及沟通能力。
• Passionate about immigration law and helping international clients succeed.对移民法充满热情，愿意帮助国际客户实现移民目标。

Compensation / 薪酬待遇

Base salary (annual): $75,000 – $110,000
