Long-established plaintiff's personal injury trial firm with a heavy workload. We are looking for someone who wants to be a trial lawyer.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in San Francisco, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters. Other duties include court appearances, trial participation, preparing cases for litigation, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications

• The ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Proven skills in conducting thorough Legal Research and preparing accurate legal documentation
• Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in the state bar are required
• Experience in litigation is preferred but not mandatory
