Civil Litigation Associate Attorney (2-5 Years)
Walnut Creek, CA | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

About the Role
This position offers hands-on experience across a diverse civil litigation practice, including:
- Business litigation
- Employment law
- Construction and HOA disputes
- Insurance and liability defense
- Personal injury defense
- Real estate matters
You will manage cases from intake through trial preparation, with meaningful client interaction and courtroom exposure. Trial experience is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling cases from inception through trial prep
- Background in business, employment, construction, insurance/liability, PI defense, real estate, or HOA matters preferred
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000-$175,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- 1,900 annual billable hour target
